You’ve noticed it.
I’ve noticed it.
We should talk about it, right?
Okay, I’ll go first.
I’ll admit it. I’m a terrible blogger. Time and time again, I have promised to blog more consistently and time and time again, I have failed.
In all honestly, though, there hasn’t been much to report. In between going out of town, going to the gynecologist, and going out of town again, there hasn’t been a lot happening here. Oh, except that I was sick last week, which was fantastic.
In lieu of an actual update, just so you know I’m still alive and ticking, here are a few random tidbits for you:
– I bought three new pairs of sunglasses today. Two for myself and one for Chris. I might return or exchange one of my pairs, though. They’re super-cute, but not quite dark enough.
– I went to the dentist today. They were BLARING a Seal album, which was annoying at first, because I was trying to watch Oprah. However, by the time I left, I was reminded of how much I love Seal and decided I need to buy that album and stat. Which album is it, though? I haven’t a clue…
– I got an iPhone! I was in DESPERATE need of a new phone and was lucky enough to score a gift card for an iPhone at one of my [many] work events recently. I was the teensiest bit bummed because I was really hoping to get out of my AT&T contract, but, umm, hello! Free iPhone! I’m still trying to figure the thing out and I can’t text worth a damn on it (which you’ve witnessed first hand if you’ve received a text from me recently), but it’s shiny and pretty and cost me nothing, so who cares!
– Chris and I just finished watching Changeling, a 142-minute long movie, and I didn’t fall asleep! Not even once! Funny sidenote: Chris thought Changeling was a movie about aliens and laser gun fights. This makes me laugh…Like I would ever put a movie about aliens on our NetFlix queue.
– I want to hate Spencer and Heidi, but I. Just. Can’t. Do it.
Well, Internet, hopefully this will tide you over until I can get my act together and post something real. Until then…
I too want to hate Heidi and Spencer but just can’t. They are too entertaining. Like on the episode where Heidi was all “I took care of it” and Spencer said “o.k. Tony Soprano”. They are living in their own little Heidi and Spencer world and I love it!
